  • What size home do you want (need)?
  • How much home can you afford? If you are not sure, I can help you with that process or you can consult with a mortgage company or your bank for more information. Some on-line resources are available to you as well

Get Familiar with the Albuquerque Real Estate Market

Evaluate what is available. Once you have some basic knowledge of your home needs, you can use my free MLS search covering all the properties in the Albuquerque MLS. You can map each property to see where it is located and get more details about each property. Once you have a feel for what is available and at what price, you can perform advanced searches to investigate particular features of interest. This can help you rank the properties based on the features that are most important to you.
